I understand I have 30 days from the date of cremation. After 30 days, uncollected remains may be scattered or otherwise respectfully disposed of. I understand that any collar, blanket, toy or other item left with my pet will be cremated with them and cannot be returned. If I want something back, I will remove it beforehand.
